Ministry of Labour and EAR

National Employment plan

The Macedonian Ministry of Labour started the realization of a project, supported y the European Agency for Reconstruction, whose final goal is to develop a National Employment Action Plan. This document will be adjusted to the EU standards, and it will contribute to the development and the determination of the national strategic employment policy.

The EAR financial support of 2.5 million Euros should cover several lines: technical assistance, training, pilot projects and providing equipment. The project also covers opening of 30 regional employment offices, equipped with modern technical equipment and trained staff that should provide effective services for people who seek job. Their goal will be to promote techniques for better informing and search for vacancies.
