European Forum

For a better kindergarten 

The association “European Forum” from the village Miravci, Gevgelija, implements the project “Better and more beautiful kindergarten for our children”. With this project, the children from this village got a place for the most important children activity – playing, introducing the world and growing up. With this project, supported by the Holland Embassy, the kindergarten’s playground was arranged. The playground has been left untidy for years and it was the main reason for the bad attendance of the kindergarten by children.

The greatest accomplishment of this project, as members of “European Forum” think is that people realized that if they want things in their surrounding to be improved, they need to act themselves. The public awareness and volunteering have been raised.

The project for the kindergarten, which is now nicer and happier place was also supported by “Detska Radost” from Gevgelija, the Environmental Fund from the corresponding ministry and the Public Enterprise for water supply and sewerage from the village.
