Photography Award “Culture and War”

This year, the Macedonian Photo-reporters Association held the First Photography Exhibition “Macedonia 2001 – Culture and War”, where photographs were awarded.

The jury, consisted of Mr. Robert Jaki, the president of MPA, Mr. Vladimir Milcin, Mr. Milco Mancevski and the guest from Yugoslavia, Mr. Slobodan Vukadinovik – has awarded the Grand-Prix for photography to the photo-reporter of the Skopje weekly magazine “Aktuel”, Andrej Ginovki, and among 500 photographs, awards were given to Maja Janevska, Jasna Susha, Marko Georgiev, Boris Grdanovski and Robert Atanasovski. This manifestation, which tends to become a traditional, was taking place under the patronage of the Republic of Macedonia Ministry of Culture.
