IN DEBAR Center for Citizens Information OpenedThe director of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Mr. Stephen Haynes, in the beginning of February this year in Debar opened the ninth Center for Citizens Information in Macedonia. He emphasized that these centers in Macedonia, as well as in other countries from the region, have great significance for the local authorities organs’ transparency.
