11-13 February: Sustainability and the public services
The Hungarian organization Vedegulet is organizing a conference in Budapest from 11 to 13 February on “Sustainability and the public services”, where the participants will discuss the current liberalization and privatization of the public services and the role of the World Trade Organization and EU in this process.
22 February: Scout Day
The World Day of the Scout Movement which is traditionally marked every year is an occasion for gathering the scouts from thee whole world and manifestation of their idea and philosophy based on the ethic principles, friendship, solidarity, team spirit and many other values which are being forgotten in today’s world.
23 February: Agriculture and art
On 23 February, the British Centre for Art and Design in the Environment is organizing a conference on “Agriculture and Art” at the Writtle College in Great Britain. The goal is to research how agricultural workers and artists can work together to achieve positive economic results.
24-25 February: Training on EU Funds
CIRA from Skopje and DemNet from Hungary are organizing a two-day workshop on “Applying for the EU Funds for NGO from Macedonia”. The workshop is going to take place in Skopje and it will be attended by representatives from 20 associations from Macedonia.
