MOE and REC   Public Campaign "Together for Fresher Air"   In the function of the preparation of a Law on air quality, the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning and the Skopje Office of the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe - REC, have started the public campaign called "Together for Fresher Air". The goal of this campaign is to include the public in the process of preparation of the text of this very important law document (in accordance with the Arhus Convention decisions, where public participation is one of the three key elements. The comments and recommendations from the citizens, NGOs, business-sector representatives, institutions and all other subjects in the society are welcomed, and the text of this document can be found on the MOE web-site: www.mkoe.gov.mk/zakonzavozduh.pdf . The opinions or any criticism concerning this text can be sent to the Ministry or via electronic mail: zakonzavozduh@moepp.gov.mk or through filling in a form that can be found on the Ministry web-site.   M.
