...and Guide for the public access to the environmental information

The practical guide of the author Jeremy Wates, published by the Friends of Earth Europe, containing the right to know about the problems of the environment is translated into Macedonian by Mileukontakt Oost-Europa and the Journalists’ Legal Environmental Centre ERINA from Skopje.

The book presents experiences from the USA, European Union and the Central and Eastern European countries as well as the legislation that ensures the right of the public in this region to nave access to the environmental information. The book was written in 1995 and it was one of the materials used in the Aarhus Convention preparations. However, it still provides actual and valuable reading on that subject.
