Children Theatre Centre
A question of point of view
In November this year, the Children Theatre Centre from Skopje held an intercultural theatre workshop called "A question of point of view". Young actors from Macedonia, Germany and France took place at this workshop, organized by the CTC, in cooperation with the French-German Office for Young - OFAJ and the organization "People and Culture". Under the leadership of Mr. Vladimir Milcin, they managed to create a play for less that a week, that was afterwards presented in front of the audience on 8 November at the Youth Cultural Centre in Skopje.
The young actors spoke in several languages: Macedonian, Albanian, Roma, Turkish, German, French, but all that was meant to be said by them, the director and the organizers was completely understood: regardless of the different points of view by the different groups and individuals (in terms of place of living, ethnic origin, culture, language....) we can still find an essential and mutual view of the world around us.
This event has also marked the OFAJ anniversary - an organization founded by the German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer and the French president Charles de Gull, right after the Second World War as part of the reconciliation process of the two nations after the big armed conflict in which they were on opposite sides.
