March 15-30   Campaign for Handicapped People A 15-day-long campaign for handicapped people will be carried out in Debar. The campaign is organized by the local implementation team from Debar, and the coordinator is the Macedonian Interethnic Association. The campaign will ask for concrete changes in the socialization of the handicapped people, in coordination with the local authorities.
