Global Civil Society 2003 Yearbook Out Now

The London School of Economics and Political Sciences has launched the third volume of its civil society yearbook. This years’ edition describes the nature and history of global civil society and includes important records and data relevant to the development of civil society worldwide. Considerable part of the publication is devoted to the analysis of the role of global civil society on issues such as global trade, proliferation of weapons and development of its infrastructure, such as the global legal framework and resurgence of anti-globalization, peasant and nationalist groups.
