Several youth associations organize   A spring day in Europe    The first day of spring, 21 March was marked in Skopje with the manifestation "A spring day in Europe", organized by several NGOs: Youth Education Forum (YEF), Balkan IDEA - Skopje, AEGEE - Skopje and Young European Federalists - YEF - MK, on the initiative and patronage of the Republic of Macedonia President's Cabinet. The event took place on the square "Macedonia" and included an exhibition of drawings, building a wall with European ideas and graffiti, public discussion on "Young people and the EU" and a concert. The President of the country, Mr. Trajkovski, referred to the public, and in the end, the appeal was read as well. Public discussions were organized in 15 high schools in 15 towns in Macedonia in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science, and the subject was "Macedonian youth will become a necessary EU subject by 2007"   M.I.
