Application of the legal regulation

Workshops on the Law for Civic Associations and Foundations 

MCIC, as an initiator of the preparation and the adoption of the Law for Civic Associations and Foundations, held several workshops throughout Macedonia for discussing the questions regarding its implementation.

A seminar on the Law was also organized, in cooperation with the Macedonian Association of Judges and the International Centre for Unprofitable Law from Washington, USA, which was attended by judges from almost all courts in our country. The discussion at the seminar regarded the Comment on the Law for Civic Associations and Foundations by PhD. Borce Davitkovski and PhD. Natasa Gaber, financially supported by the MCIC.
