“The focus of activities of the Association for Civic Initiatives Lobbying from Resen are the young people, in the function of realizing their more efficient role in the successful implementation of the democratic processes in the country, as well as improving their active role in the society. Certainly, we are aware that for accomplishing the highest0expected results, we need to cooperate with the local government. So, as a civic sector, we need to initiate and cherish continuous cooperation with the government sector, that is, on local level with the local government. The cooperation between Lobbying and the Resen local government resulted with the realization of the mutual project “Interior designing of the youth centre for cultural activities in Resen, which was financially supported by the World Bank and the Ministry of Culture of RM. The basic goal of the project is providing adequate space for preparation and realization of the young people’s activities. The Centre is a multimedia whole for 400 people who can realize cultural and entertaining activities.
This type of cooperation is inevitable in order to initiate the solution of priority needs and the problems on local level, as well as to create new conditions for cooperation between the local government and the common citizens and vice versa” – says Tatjana Kulumovska from “Lobbying”, Resen
