SOZM and Norwegian National Aid A conference called “Women can do that”   A regional conference called “Women can do that” is taking place from 8 to 10 June this year in Ohrid. The conference is organized by the Union of Macedonian Women Organizations (SOZM), in cooperation with the Norwegian National Aid. The conference was focused on presenting and comparing the accomplishments and the results of the plan for political strengthening of the women in the region, that is, in Macedonia, Albania, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Moldova, as well as the comparative women representation in the parliaments of these countries and the Kingdom of Norway. There were participants from the partner-organizations of Norwegian National Aid from the countries in the region, which have been implementing the “Women can do that” programme for five years now.   K.
