The external help from EU and Macedonia – A Guide for Civic Associations

The Macedonian Centre for International Cooperation has published the new edition of Civil Practices , this time as a guide called “The external help from the EU and Macedonia”.

The guide contains useful information on the EU institutions related to the help, funds management, the EU project cycle, the frames for Macedonian cooperation with the EU, the EU programmes and financial tools AND MANY OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION. In the period between 1992 and 2003, Macedonia received about 606 million euros as help from the European Commission. Toda, Macedonia has much more limited access to the EU funds, and this condition is expected to change in future. The MCIC has prepared this guide in order to provide more information to the civil society organizations on how the external EU assistance functions and how they can approach it.
