For days of safe love

On Saint Valentines Day, young people expressed their desire that all days are days of love, but the safe love. Those were some of the messages of the anti-AIDS campaign, organized by the Macedonian Inter-ethnic Association (MIA).

Many high-school students from Skopje held demonstrations at the center of Skopje, joined by the Macedonian Army Parade Orchestra and a great number of popular stars. Young people appealed for using condoms and for other ways of protection, education and overcoming the prejudices about this dangerous disease. During this event, MIA gave the award "Heart for support" for the media support of the AIDS protection campaign in 2002 to Channel 5 Television, that is to the star of the TV show "Superiska", Ana Zafirova.
