Understanding the Climate Changes
 
The Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning has published in Macedonian the book called “Understanding the Climate Changes: beginners guide to the UN Framework Convention and its protocol from Kyoto”, UNDP and UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention Secretariat) edition. The goal of this book is to introduce this Convention (from 1992) to the public and the Protocol on climate changes adopted in 1997 in Kyoto, Japan.
