Eight years work for the young people

The Youth Cultural Centre (YCC) from Bitola is celebrating an important jubilee – their eight-year work. YCC is dedicated to the activities related with the young people, such as cultural-artistic manifestations, educational projects, etc.

On the celebration of its anniversary which took place on 26 and 27 February 2005 in Bitola, YCC presented its web-site and it promoted the new book of the poet, Elizabeta Stevanovska called “Search”. At the popular cafe “Porta Jazz”, a retrospect exhibition of posters, fliers and other printed promotional material.

YCC will soon move to a new location, where a youth center will be opened as a place for different cultural and educational activities. The new location will be an old town house protected as a cultural heritage which will be renewed with support from the Foundation Open Society Institute – Macedonia and the Foundation King Baudouin from Belgium within the Live Heritage” programme.
