Multiethnic club open at the Medical High School
The Medical High School "Pance Karagjozov" from Skopje is one of the five schools in the country that opened a multiethnic club. The club will be used by the students from this school, who, by means of the donated computer from European Council, OSCE and EU will be able to work on joint projects and seminars. The clubs are part of the project "Prevention of interethnic tensions in schools" and are financially supported by the Government of Luxemburg. Dragan Nedeljkovik from the Direction for development of education of the communities, says that besides the Medical School, there are such clubs at the high schools: "Arseni Jovkov" in Skopje, "Nikola Stein" in Tetovo, "Nace Bugjoni" in Kumanovo and "Mirko Mileski" in Kicevo. According to him, it is expected that such clubs will be open in ten other schools by the end of this year.
"The opening of this clubs was preceded by several seminars, attended by professors and students who have practiced leadership skills. The goal is to promote the socialization since the situation among students of different nationalities, escalated in some of the schools in the past period. ", stated Nedeljkovik.
