CfP: CARDS Local Civil Society Development Programme

Call for proposals has been issued under CARDS Regional Programme 2003 Local Civil Society Development Programme, in which project are sought on the topic of strengthening local civil society organizations, support to the local democratic process and democratic anchoring of decentralized structures. Applicants must be from CARDS countries in cooperation with two other participating agencies from CARDS countries or/and EU/candidate countries. Grants awarded will range from 100.000 to 200.000 Euro. The deadline for submission of proposals is Wednesday, 28th of April 2004 at 16h00 CET.
