11 July: World Population Day
This day was declared by the UN as International Day of the World Population. It is at the same time an occasion to recall all problem that burden the society, starting from its overpopulation, the further tendency of demographic “boom”, the poverty, hunger, access to health care, etc.
28 July: Miners Day
Miners celebrate their day at the end of July. The mining profession uses this day as an occasion to ask for more human, safer and healthier working conditions, especially in the poorer countries where this job still remains one of the riskiest.
