 Brochures for establishing of civic associations

The Macedonian "branch" of the Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC) from Vermont, USA, in the frameworks of the Program for Democratic Cooperation published three brochures intended for groups of citizens who want to establish an association of citizens.

The first brochure is entitled "Association of Citizens – What Is That?", and gives a description of the functions, characteristics and the activities of the civic associations; the second one, entitled "Establishing an Association of Citizens", directs to the issues and the procedure before the establishment of an association and the procedure for establishing and registration, and the third one, "Preparation of a Statute", explains how to prepare a statute for an association of citizens. In the last two brochures ISC used information from the Commentary on the Law on Associations of Citizens and Foundations by Natasa Gaber, PhD and Professor Borce Davitkovski, PhD, published by MCIC.
