International Day of Children-Victims of Wars

This day id dedicated to the children-victims of numerous wars, everywhere in the world. The children are the most innocent victims of every war. The international day dedicated to them should be an occasion for the adults- creators of wars, the step back in front of the children's right to live in peace and welfare.
