Long-term planning, contains a general review of the organization’s business policy, present and past activities, and it illustrates how the organization will develop in a given period of time.

The strategy consists of development plan (that that organization wants to realize in a given period of time, it foresees new activities, change of the existing ones and/or new beneficiaries), strategic plan (how all development streams come together and how they influence the resources: people, finances, time, equipment), business plan (contains projected expenditures for the activities of the organization, planned income and finances for covering the expenditures).
