The European Commission Delegation in Macedonia is organizing a public debate on "Which constitution does Europe need?" at twelve o'clock at the City of Skopje Museum. It will be broadcasted on TV.

Participants at the debate are four experts or politicians from France, Greta Britain, Germany and Macedonia.
