In Mala Stanica in Skopje

The second part of the project Kitchen for New Media opened

The Center for Performing Arts Multimedia opened the second part of the program Kitchen for New Media in the Multimedia Center Mala stanica on 28th September, with announcement that in the future it would continue promoting young Macedonian artists and Macedonian video projects.

The program started with the video promotion of the regional project “Open Gate – Artistic Youth Platform”, this year realized in cooperation with young artists from Artens – Greece, Contemporary Art Institute Exit – Kosovo, National Gallery – Albania, 1/60 Insurgent space, Albania and Per.art, Serbia.

In the course of July and August the artistic platform realized an intensive and educational Art training meeting in Stip, which united young artists from five countries in three different artistic programs.

The project Open Gate has been designed with a specific working approach through which the participants locally apply their artistic reactive forms, to the situation from Stip that they had considered to be actual using art as a tool for successful painless detection and actualization of the problems in the community.
