“Advantage was given to projects proposed by informal groups, thus avoiding the mediation, and the power is given directly to the beneficiaries”, they say at Forum Syd. Special support is also given to partnerships between two organizations, that is, between civil society organizations and local government units, that is, between informal groups and local government units, thus confirming the importance of the cooperation between the government and the civil sector.
