  In memoriam

President Trajkovski for the civic sector

I want you to spread the spirit of the voluntary work

My political philosophy would not have been complete today if I had not been active in the civic sector until 1997

"The spirit of voluntarism in Macedonia is very weak. While many citizens dedicate much of their time to this goal, many others do not do that, often because they do not understand the role that the NGOs play, or they cannot see the results, material as well as spiritual that can be accomplished through voluntary work. . Therefore I ma asking you to spread the spirit of voluntary work wherever you go and whoever you meet. Encourage the Macedonian citizens to engage themselves and dedicate to it". (NGO Fair, October 2001)

"According to all more important social theories, one of the pillars of democracy in its modern understanding in the development of the NGO sector. This is especially important in the transitional countries. The initiation and the strengthening of the NGOs is the foundation is the foundation for establishing a strong civil society." (NGO Fair - 2nd Forum of the Civil Society in Macedonia, October 2002)

"In the process of building beyond-party or interethnic consensus, the country and the political subjects do not have enough potentials to make the necessary social agreement strong and resistant enough by themselves without support from the NGOs. My political philosophy would not have been complete today if I had not been active in the civic sector until 1997." (NGO Fair- 3rd Forum of the Civil Society in Macedonia, November 2003).

"I am related with the MCIC through several experiences, starting from the First Inter-religious Conference in 1996, as co-organizers, through the humanitarian coordination during the Kosovo Crisis in 1999 when I was vice-minister for foreign affairs and the further communication as president of the country during our crisis in 2001, as well as the communication for overcoming the obstacles for the humanitarian help for the regions of crisis and the three successive years from 2001 until now regarding the NGO Fair - Forum of the Civil Society in Macedonia". (the 10-year jubilee of establishing the MCIC, December 2003).
